GOOD SUN PROTECTION March 12, 2015 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Azusa, CA United States   We haven't had extreme heatwaves yet but ordered the Sun Covers for our BriteTap Combo packages to get ready for our brutal summers.  I figured to keep the entire BriteTap Combo pkg in the red color and am using the Sun Cover 24/7 so the chickens don't confuse tapping on the BriteTap's red plugs on the sides.  The Sun Cover completely encases the BriteTap so the chickens only see the watering valves underneath to peck at. I ordered an extra cover to change out when the used one gets dusty/dirty and needs a washing. Was this review helpful to you?

Brite tap Sun cover does double duty! March 9, 2015 Reviewer: JLO from San Antonio, TX United States   I received my sun cover and  love how well it is made and fits!  I have managed all winter with an old wool sock wrapped in duct tape to protect my waterer.  This sun cover worked on a night that dropped down to high twenties to keep the water from freezing too!  I look forward to less alge forming in the summer too!  Multi purpose cover!!! Best waterer EVER!!! March 9, 2015 Reviewer: Becky Brill from Maple, WI United States   Ok...here's been my experience with the 'other' waterers: feces in the water ALL the time, water overflow from the tray (top can't hold a seal), and most recent...cracked and broken lids!  I have spent money on 4 waterers before this one. I was willing to try anything...I was so sick and tired of wet floors in the coop. I bought just the attachment (and cover)...we had the cooler at home. I cannot believe how wonderful this works. I fill the 5 gallon ''cooler" and I am good to go for a week. The water is clean, no leaking, AND the chickens love it! Was this review helpful to you?
