How do I return an item?

Please return your items directly to the retailers from whom you purchased your product. Purchases made from these retailers are subject to their return policies.

For purchases made on the web site or by phone from Customer Service:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, you can return it within 30 days for a product refund. All Items must be in like new condition and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs on returned items. Refunds are handled as follows:

  • We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on BriteTap chicken waterers, Combo Packs and Chick Feeders. If returned within 30 days of delivery to you, we will issue a full product refund on these products. A product refund is the amount you paid for the item excluding any shipping and handling costs to deliver it to you. We don't issue refunds on shipping and handling costs.
  • Items must be in "Like New" condition, meaning the item is undamaged, cleaned of dirt and debris, dry, and in the original package. Items returned in less than like new condition will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Poultry nipples, spare parts, brushes and cleaning kits may also be returned for a product refund but will be assessed a re-stocking fee of $2.50 or 20% of the value of the items returned whichever is greater.
  • We will not issue refunds on sanitizing solutions that have been partially used.
  • Once the item is returned to us as described above, we will issue your refund within a 30 days from the date we receive it.
  • Items returned to us, but lost or damaged in transit, will not be eligible for a refund. Therefore, we recommend that you ship your return to us using a carrier that provides a tracking number.

Creating a return is as easy as 1-2-3:

Step #1: Contact us at to let us know you are making a return. Please tell us why you are returning the product and let us know your order number. We will email you a shipping label that you can tape to the box. This label will allow us to account for your return when we receive it at our warehouse.

Step #2: Using the label we sent you, return the product to us in like new condition as described above. We advise customers to use a shipper that has a tracking number because you are responsible for returning the product to us in order to receive a refund.

Step #3: Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a product cost refund to your credit card or PayPal account. If you would like to place a new order, just give us a call or order from our web site.
